What we collect
Only what you type into our audit form: your name, business name, WhatsApp number, what you need help with and, if you add it, the task your team repeats. With it we keep the page you sent it from, the time, and the technical details every website receives (your IP address and browser type) so we can stop spam.
Why we use it
To reply to you about the free audit and the work you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it or add you to a mailing list.
Where it is kept
Form entries are saved on our own server, not with a third-party form company. When a new entry arrives, our team gets a short alert on the phone through a notification service. That alert carries your name, business, need and only the last 4 digits of your number.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use tracking or advertising scripts.
How long we keep it
As long as we are talking about work together, and up to 24 months after our last conversation. After that we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Write to hello@behindthebusy.com and we will do it within 30 days.
